Hell Flower is a small independant UK brand. Please allow up to 5 days for dispatch.
International customer orders might incur customs fees regardless of the order value. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay this charge.
International please allow up to 6 weeks for items to be delivered.
To keep postage costs to a minimum, it's calculated on an item by item basis. Any additional items are calculated at a lower rate.
We are not responsible for any incorrect or incomplete addresses. Please ensure you add a correct shipping address when ordering. If the delivery address is to a business, this is considered more risky and hell flower does not take responsibility for delivered packages not being located at business addresses.

Returns
We hope you are thrilled with your Hell Flower purchase, but should you wish to make a return or exchange please email hello@hellflower.co.uk
In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you must notify us of your intention to return an item within 14 days of delivery. We are unable to accept return requests made after this timeframe.
Please note that due to the nature of the items, underwear and swimware are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
(If in doubt, we usually recommend sizing up for comfort but for more information regarding size, please message before ordering)
Please note: sample sale items are final sale items and therefore cannot be returned for an exchange or refund.
Orders placed using discount codes or promotional offers (including free gifts) are eligible for return in line with our standard returns policy.
For those orders placed during sales or using discounts, promotions, or free gifts, refunds may be adjusted if the return means the original offer no longer applies. This may include recalculating the order total or deducting the value of any free gift not returned.
In most cases, refunds for these orders will be issued as store credit.
-Please handle Hell Flower products with care. We are not able to refund or exchange items which are not in pristine condition. Items must be unused, unworn and in any original packaging provided. We cannot provide any refunds or exchanges on items returned with missing parts or as incomplete sets. Items that have already been exchanged are eligible for store credit only.
-International returns: The customer is responsible for the returns cost of shipping and any customs incurred for international order returns. This will be deducted from the refund amount.
-Hell Flower is not responsible or liable for any damage caused to items after purchase.
-If you notify us of your return within 14 days of delivery (and the return is agreed), you then have a further 14 days to ensure the item is returned to us.
-Always include your full name, address and order number inside the package.
-Returns are made at your own expense/risk so we recommend using a recorded service and retaining proof of postage.
-Returns that are lost or damaged are not our responsibility.
-Postage costs will not be refunded. Refunds are only issued on products.

Discount codes are not valid on gift vouchers. Please note: If you purchase a gift card with a discount code, this will automatically be cancelled.
