Please allow up to 5 days for dispatch. As a small business, we are doing our best to get your orders out as soon as possible. Thank you. 


Hell Flower ships world wide. International customer orders might incur customs fees regardless of the order value. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay this charge. 

International please allow up to 6 weeks for items to be delivered. 

To keep postage costs to a minimum, it's calculated on an item by item basis. Any additional items are calculated at a lower rate. 

We are not responsible for any incorrect or incomplete addresses. Please ensure you add a correct shipping address when ordering.
