Cards are valid for 18 months from the purchase date. They must be redeemed in one single transaction. Cards cannot be exchanged or returned for money and no change can be given. Gift cards are manually created by us (to include a personal message) so please allow up to 48 hours. Should you require this sooner- please message us before ordering. Thank you. 

If you add multiple gift cards to the cart- for example a £5 and a £20, a gift card for £25 will be created. 

Please note: Gift cards are excluded from all discounts- if you purchase a gift card with a discount code, this will automatically be cancelled.
